The Royal Decree

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has issued a Royal Decree No (33/2012) issuing a system for the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
 
Article 1:
The attached system shall be applied to the Civil Aviation Authority.
 
Article 2:
The chairman of the board of directors of the Civil Aviation Authority shall issue the necessary regulations and decisions to implement provisions of the attached system. Until such regulations are issued, the authority shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable to the state administrative apparatus units for items not stated in the attached system subject that they do not contradict with its provisions.
 
Article 3:
Cancels all that contravenes with the attached system or contradicts with its provisions.
