Introduction:

In line with the Civil Aviation Authority’s conviction in the pivotal role of youth in shaping the future, and its commitment to keeping pace with rapid developments in emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, the Authority is launching this community consultation to gather youth ideas and initiatives aimed at advancing the civil aviation sector in the Sultanate of Oman.

This consultation seeks to empower young people to contribute innovative ideas that enhance operational efficiency, elevate safety standards, improve passenger experience, and support the sustainability of the aviation sector, in alignment with national directions and Oman Vision 2040.

 Objectives:

  • To attract innovative youth ideas and initiatives to develop the civil aviation sector.
  • Explore opportunities for leveraging emerging technologies and artificial intelligence across various aviation domains.
  • Strengthen youth participation in decision-making and foster innovation within the sector.
  • Build a repository of ideas that can be further developed, studied, and implemented in the future.

 

Call for Participation:

The Civil Aviation Authority invites youth and those interested in innovation and technology to share their ideas and initiatives related to employing emerging technologies and artificial intelligence in the development of the civil aviation sector
