Introduction

The Civil Aviation Authority places great emphasis on the issue of open data availability as a realization of the principle of transparency and a belief in the importance of using raw data and making it accessible. This approach aims to allow internet users of various community layers to access and benefit from data for research, commercial, and other purposes. The Authority has dedicated efforts through the Statistics Department to provide open data and ensure the sustainability of publishing operations through the Authority's website (www.caa.gov.om). This direction also reflects Oman's interest in data and its importance when working to implement national priorities, strategic plans, and national programs supporting the digital economy, in line with Oman Vision 2040.
