Community Engagement on
Assessing the Effectiveness of the Civil Aviation Authority's Training
 Programs and Identifying Students' Future Training Needs.

Introduction:

As part of the Civil Aviation Authority's commitment to continuously enhancing its training programs and improving the quality of their outcomes, and in recognition of the importance of involving beneficiaries in evaluating the training experience, the Authority is launching this community engagement initiative to gather the views of students who have previously completed training with the Authority, as well as students interested in joining its training programs in the future.

This initiative aims to assess the effectiveness of the Authority's training programs, identify their impact on developing knowledge, skills, and workplace readiness, and explore students' future training needs and aspirations to further enhance the training programs in line with the Authority's efforts to build national capabilities and support the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.

Objectives
Assess trainees' satisfaction with the training programs delivered by the Authority.

Evaluate the impact of training on developing skills, knowledge, and readiness for the labour market.
Identify the strengths of the training programs and opportunities for improvement.

Identify the training needs of students interested in joining the Authority's training programs.
Enhance training programs in line with students' needs and the requirements of the civil aviation sector.

Support decision-making through measurable quantitative and qualitative indicators.

Target Groups
Trainees who have completed their training with the Authority.

Students interested in joining the Authority's training programs in the future.

Invitation to Participate
The Civil Aviation Authority invites all individuals who have previously completed training with the Authority, as well as those interested in joining its training programs in the future, to participate in this survey.

Your participation will contribute to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of the Authority's training programs, providing a more rewarding training experience, and strengthening the readiness of national talent to work in the civil aviation sector.
