Driven by the Civil Aviation Authority’s commitment to enhancing the quality of alerts issued during weather conditions, and its continuous efforts to improve the efficiency of delivering warning information in a way that ensures public safety, the Authority is launching a beneficiary satisfaction survey on weather alerts issued during exceptional weather conditions.
Objectives
- Measure the level of beneficiary satisfaction with issued weather alerts.
- Evaluate the speed, accuracy, and clarity of alert content.
- Identify beneficiaries’ opinions and suggestions for service improvement.
- Enhance user experience and improve communication efficiency during weather events.
