During its participates in the ICAO Air Services Negotiation Conference (ICAN 2025),the Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), has signed four bilateral air transport service agreements with the Dominican Republic, the Republic of Costa Rica, the Republic of Zambia, and the Republic of Cabo Verde (Cape Verde).
